Overview

DG 22 is a 5-storey residential tower in Zen Cluster, Discovery Gardens, a residential property with 66 flats with family residents. For many years, the DG 22 was running their building maintenance operations on AMC contracts until we introduced Bluefinch.

The Challenge

The costs of maintenance operations was one of the hardest overheads to budget. He was paying a contractual price for the ‘unlimited callouts’ and PPMs which is offered by the traditional maintenance companies as AMCs. Such offer has high uncertainty for the service provider, therefore high cost forwarded to the customers.

Also the preventive maintenance was not taken care as the service providers tend to cut corners by ignoring the PPM when they are under pressure to take care of the reactive maintenance calls which they get from the tenants on a daily basis.
