Appoint your facility representatives

Appoint a Bluefinch representative who will work in close liaison with the tenants and Bluefinch team to take care of your facilities’ maintenance needs. Only work orders placed through assigned representatives are subject to approval.

Set monthly quota limits to control your maintenance spending and get approval alerts when exceeding them. You can set quota limits based on usage or job requests. Job requests below your set spending limit will be swiftly performed by Bluefinch teams.

Give our customer support teams a call or simply send a mail to submit a job request. Pick a date to have a Bluefinch technician address your maintenance issue. You can schedule an inspection today, in weeks or even months in advance. You’ll receive a mail confirmation once your job request is approved.

Clients can easily submit maintenance requests through our call centre or by emailing a registered mail ID. Maintenance requests should give an accurate and detailed description of tenant complaints.
